The Problem: Flooring company bearing the name of the local family that initially started the business in the 70s/80s needed a full rebrand and updated tools.
The Goal: Rebrand an existing flooring company’s website, develop the site’s SEO entirely from scratch, and update their marketing materials to fit a more modern customer base that desires high quality product options at reasonable prices.
The Brand: A polished, punctual, and eloquent middle-aged professional who leans moderate to moderate/conservative, does their research before making purchasing decisions, and knows that they want the quality and value they’re paying for at the end of the day.
The Solution: Created a more elegant website, set of marketing materials (flyers, business cards, and brochures), and advertising campaigns (print ads, digital ads, and radio ads) that refreshed a brand that first seemed to be trapped in the 70s/80s. Moreover, this rebranding has led us to form advertising campaigns focused on promoting a product selection we refer to as “Affordable Luxury” and a premium installation warranty we refer to as “Blackridge Backed”.
The Results: These deliverables have led to improved brand awareness that translated into an increase in sales since 2017.
