Moreover, we’re not a consulting group. That’d be insulting. We’re your tactical development task force. Read that again.

Consulting groups don’t want to solve the problem, they want to keep consulting. We develop. We grow. We move on.

Who We Serve: Primarily start-ups and small businesses that want the firepower of a large-scale management consultant and advertising agency, but don’t want or need the ridiculously large, convoluted fees that would otherwise consume a business with limited resources.

Working Style: With our team, you can expect a collaborative culture designed to best understand the given situation behind a project and to develop a clear plan towards a specified goal. More specifically, our team will perform our own due diligence upfront to gain a better understanding as to what your team may or may not need and we will ask questions along the way as any new/unforeseen items or challenges arise.

Availability: Our agile team works around the needs of you and your business. However, we prefer scheduling morning conference calls with clients and then working during evenings when we can dedicate our full, uninterrupted attention to solving the tasks at hand. Additionally, we can (and often do) work weekends.

Check Ins: Our team can check in as often as your team desires and can do so on relatively short-notice. Depending on the circumstances behind a given project, our preference on check ins would be to schedule a weekly time to discuss updates and ongoing/upcoming objectives. Email check ins (and recaps) are also recommended so that everyone has a clear understanding of what was discussed and what the next steps entail (and from whom).
